Cadet program
The Cadet program is for people in their second-last or final year of a university undergraduate degree (refer to professional disciplines noted below). Get flexible, paid work experience and kick-start a career in your study area.
You’ll be placed in one team for the program duration, where you’ll get exposure to various projects and build meaningful networks.
This is a up to two-year program, depending on whether you are in your second-last or final year of study when you join. For example, students in their second-last year will enter a two-year program.

Greater Sydney - Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Structural Engineering, Systems Engineering, Surveying, Environmental Science, Geotech and Telecommunications
Regional NSW - Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering.
